Ok. Just a random contribution to the world of Harry Potter fanfiction. A friend of mine gave me the prompt Orange when we were very, very bored in economics. Except she was looking at the fluorescent orange of her highlighters. I think I interpreted it the wrong way...but...this is what I came up with...
Pairing: Ron/Hermione
Rating: Um...a definte G.
Part: 1/1. Just a oneshot.
Summary: Hermione reflects on everything the colour orange means to her, in her life. Cue the R/Hr fluff. Post DH spoilers.
Title: Fourteen Days
Author: greysgurl
Rating: PG (13-ish...not really)
Summary: It was all Derek’s fault. He started this mess, because he said things and then he remembered that he needed to be in Chicago for two weeks for some conference. And so she was here, standing in the airport, hoping that his plane wouldn’t crash so she could kick his ass.
Wow...it seems like ages since I've updated...well, actually it's only been a week. But...everything's been so busy. Went back to school this week. Yuk. Words cannot express my dislike for that place. It's been a lovely -1 Celcius here. I don't think in my entire life I've been so cold.
I started a business course thinking I was up for something...I don't know, intelligent maybe? I've been asked how I feel.
So Maddi, how do you feel about people taking initiative? How do you feel about that lesson? How do you feel...
Fun, I know. Oh and who invented athletics? Seriously. Making girls sprint around a massive field just to tell them they'd wasted minutes of their life doing that? And who said, I'm going to pick up a massive, pointy stick and throw it as far as I can?
Needless to say, I had athletics trials on Thursday. In -2 winds, in skimpy clothes, trying to do four events at once. And that's just the trials!
Anyway, It's been a fun week and Harry Potter tomorrow! Yay! When I went to my locker this morning, there was a girl sobbing, and I mean a literal mess on the floor, because she'd read the spoiler's that JK had confirmed. I'm trying to remain spoiler free, and I only have to last to nine in the morning.
Is it a little sad that the book has been on order since almost Feburary? I will seriously throw a tantrum if I don't get the book tomorrow.
Is anyone else a little worried about this book? I think I'm either a) terrified about Ron and Hermione not flying off into the distance in a cloud of happy...otherwise the last few years of my life have been wasted and b) that I'm going to be disappointed by the end. What if it's not what I want!
Aaarrghhh...I'll drive myself insane (er) at this rate. The bookstore doesn't open til 8:30, and the book is out at nine...no sleeping in for me, I guess. What is everyone elses plans? Is anyone going to the midnight release...wish they had a midnight release here!
Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm dog-sitting this weekend. A pug. Who knows a thing about pugs? Not me for certain! And my cat is not impressed at all. She's been hiding under my bed since the dog arrived two hours ago.
Well, all I can say is I'm in for a fun weekend. Hope everyone's is as fun (if that's the right word) as mine! Sorry if I bored anyone along the way.
But, this movie was surprisingly different.
